As clients trusted advisor we often receive requests to recruit, and manage consultants within other areas of IT/Business services outside our core service offerings but which services fall under programmes or projects managed by us. As a result, in addition to our permanent staff members, associate consultants are frequently placed on client projects. Associate Consultants are self-employed contractors with a combination of skills and experience of value to our clients.

E-Enterprise maintains an Associate Network to develop sustainable relationships with people we are happy to place with our clients, likewise, who are happy to work with our methodologies and general work standards.

We provide our associates with thorough grounding on E-Enterprise Methodology and delivery framework. Prospective associate consultants usually go through our induction process undertaken over a period of 5 working days to equip them with the necessary tools to enable easy transition to our client site.
